Bookings

  • By booking a DateDateDate event you are registering your acceptance of the DateDateDate terms & conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Events

  • DateDateDate aims to give single people an opportunity to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However we do not operate as traditional matchmakers and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events.
  • It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.
  • By registering with DateDateDate you agree that neither DateDateDate nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in DateDateDate services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with DateDateDate. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Venues

  • DateDateDate events are held at venues over which DateDateDate and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a DateDateDate event, you agree to release DateDateDate and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

Matches

  • As a registered participant of a DateDateDate event you understand that DateDateDate offers an opportunity for meeting new people but DateDateDate does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. DateDateDate also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.

Minimum Age

  • By registering with DateDateDate you provide your assurance that you are 18 years or older, and that you are single.
